We use the very best techniques for idea generation and evaluation. We provide a non-judgmental and safe space for you to express your ideas. Listening
amplifies the life of an idea. It creates the kind of fertile environment that makes it easier for it to
take root and grow.
First we brainstorm the questions you need to answer, then brainstorm for answers. It doesn't matter how good your answers are when you're asking the wrong questions.
Most people think of brainstorming as
a way to generate ideas, answers or solutions.
One of the
basic principles of productive thinking is to brainstorm for questions before brainstorming for answers. Then the magic happens.
Session 1 - Generate Questions - Generate Answers
Questions & Ideation (brainstoriming)
The main idea generation technique we use is Stick em Up Brainslipping. This uses post it notes to capture
all the ideas so that they are easy to be built on by others and can be
culled, clustered and combined quickly.

The first social innovation programme will be designed to bring
students closer to the unsaid needs of the elderly, by reaching out and
stepping into their shoes, generating and evaluating ideas for them and
creating tangible prototypes of their ideas for an exhibition.
Part experiential learning, part ideation, evaluation and rapid
prototyping, this 3 day program is aimed at improving the lives of the
elderly and building trust, compassion, critical thinking skills and
collaboration in all the participants.
An example of experiential learning is going to the aged care facility and learning
through observation and interaction with the environment, as
opposed to reading about aged care facilities from a news article or book. Thus, one makes
discoveries and experiments with knowledge firsthand, instead of
hearing or reading about others' experiences.
We use techniques like ethnography, depth interviewing, shadowing,
day-in-the-life-ing, diary studying, concept mapping, and other fun
stuff to work out who your audience is, what they do, what they want,
and what you can do for them.
An example of rapid prototyping is building process diagrams, sketches, cardboard models, putty models, computer aided designs, and even Lego models.
By creating interactive prototypes you discover and work with the constraints of the technology
– Play with the configuration of the prototype to change constraints and
discover new design opportunities
– Observe others interact with your prototype, sometimes in unexpected
ways, and discover new pathways to discovery.

Urban Diversion Ideation Game
Get out of the office and let the world answer your questions and stimulate creative problem solving.
Urban Diversion is a fun group adventure game using mobile phones
and digital cameras in a selected environment.
When you play The Urban Diversion Game, the rule book is reality, the
board is your city, and the pieces are you and your team.
Teams will use their mission, the journey and the environment around
them to stimulate new ideas and problem solve their business challenges
out in the field.
This is a
prefect alternative brainstorming & team building event.
Urban diversion is fully customizale. Either played as individuals or as teams.
For the duration of the game, each team of 5-10 will be provided with a
kit containing a web enabled mobile phone, local map, digital camera
and a note book.
Clues and missions are delivered via SMS, MMS photo clues, hidden envelopes, mobile Internet and SMS quizes.
Missions are either creative challenges, brain teasers or a
combination of both. Each mission has a set time to be completed and
rewards, prizes or points can be awarded according to the challenge.
Creativity is the winner in this game. Using the digital camera and
taking notes, team members will be responsible for documenting how the
team completes each task.
As each clue is successfully discovered by your team you send an SMS
on the mobile phone to the game command centre which will send you the
next clue and you head off for the next challenge.
In some cases props will be supplied via actors and secret agents who pop up throughout the game.
